In an increasingly interconnected world, architecture faces the challenge of adapting to new social and technological dynamics. Aware of this transformation, Francesc Josep Morales Menárguez (Coordinator of the Master Tools and Technologies for the Design of Intelligent Architectural Spaces, UNIR) and Dr. Athina Lazaridou (Professor in the Design Area, UNIR) addressed the role of architecture in today's hyper-connected society, highlighting the need for dynamic and responsive designs. Throughout their dialogue, they explored the potential of technological advances to simulate and optimize the use of architectural and urban spaces, without losing sight of the importance of cultural and historical context in shaping the built environment. The conversation culminated with a deep reflection on the ethical implications of these emerging technologies.
